MY PLANNING SERVICE
My weddings are completely bespoke, as everyone's wedding is different. Rather than providing a one size fits all package, I will work with you to choose the right venue and suppliers for your style, vision and budget.
If you'd like me to work with you, here's what I include in my planning service for up to 70 people:
Wedding consultation on video call
Venue and supplier proposal
Reserving wedding venue
Reserving wedding suppliers
Assistance with all legal arrangements and paperwork
Wedding day coordination and supervision
Representative to meet you at the Town Hall in Fira town the following working day to sign your marriage certificate
Music of your choice played during your ceremony
Please note, I do not add any additional fees to sourcing and booking venues and any other services (hair dressers, makeup artists, wedding cars, flowers etc), I can manage all of this for you. I work with all venues and all suppliers to create the perfect day for you.
If your wedding is more than 70 people or your day requires it, my partner based on the island may be hired to assist with coordination on the day. This is an additional fee however this will be clearly stated in your initial wedding budget proposal.
Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss anything further. I am more than happy to answer your questions.
Hi I’m Fliss,
I got married to my husband Chris in Santorini in June 2016. We love to travel and always imagined ourselves getting married abroad. Chris is a wedding photographer so we’ve both seen a lot of UK venues and wanted to find somewhere we hadn’t been to before. We love a good party and doing our research we came across Theros; a secluded venue on a private beach in Santorini. It looked stunning and was offering an all-inclusive drinks package and the option to party into the early hours. Perfect. We put a deposit down and flew out to Santorini to see what else the island had to offer.
It’s safe to say Santorini blew us away.
The scenery is like nothing you have seen before - looking over the caldera for the first time is somewhat emotional. It’s a backdrop you could never imagine, you really have to see it to believe it.
The Greek people are so welcoming and friendly. Their customer service is second to none, everything is done with ease. After the initial visit we took our family out to get the seal of approval and they too fell in love with it.
We had the most incredible week-long wedding holiday with nearly all of our family and friends. It was filled with sunshine, love, and pure joy. I still can’t believe how lucky I was to have such a magical day.
Since then I’ve visited every year, built friendships with some of the people who helped organise our wedding and as a result, built extensive knowledge of the island. I now work with the support of a wedding planner living on the island and work in conjunction with all suppliers.
Booking a wedding abroad can be stressful; language barriers, time zones, customs and not to mention the paperwork. So if you want some help and advice drop me a line and let’s have a chat about organising your wedding on the most beautiful island in the world.
