How I will work with you

I create bespoke weddings which means you choose exactly what you want for your day.

With my planning service, everything is chosen with your requirements, preference and budget in mind. I work with all venues and suppliers and will suggest the ones that are right for you and I'm there every step of the way to support you.

PRE BOOKING

Initial chat

After our initial chat from your first enquiry you'll receive my brochure. Once you've read through it, we can organise a zoom call to talk through your ideas.

Zoom call

I offer a no obligation 30 minute zoom call to get to know you and you to get to know me. After all, it's important to meet face to face with eachother as we'll be working together for a long time.

Venue recommendations

I will recommend up to 3 venues to suit your type of wedding. You can then browse their information.

Booking a date

To book me as your planner and for me to proceed with booking your wedding date, a deposit of £300 is required.

Exact time and dates depend upon availability on the Venue and the Celebrant, I advise that you have 1-3 preferred dates for your preferred venue.

Budget planning

Every wedding is unique and everyone's budget varies. As soon as you have booked me as your planner we will lay out your budget so that suppliers can be chosen with your budget and your vision in mind.

Supplier recommendations

I will give you a range of suppliers to look at online and provide you with their prices or package details.

Budget set with your preferred suppliers

So that you have a good idea of how and where your money will be spent, I will update your budget sheet with your chosen suppliers. This can be tweaked along the way and changes will be made depending on the availability of suppliers.

Booking suppliers

To book a supplier for your chosen date, deposits will need to be paid to each. These will vary in amounts and when the next payments need to be made. I will update your budget sheet so that everything is clearly labelled. I will then notify you when payments are due.
